Useless network options

I have cancelled my surgery for tomorrow due to the co payment for the hospital.

I have since been searching for a Dr that is on Best med provider search and from the few that i feel comfortable with none of them do the procedure at a hospital that is on my list.

When i do find a specialist at a hospital that is on the list, the dr charges min 300% medical aid rates.

I fail to understand how this can be the case as whatever Bestmed list on the website does not match with the hospital providers.

I need a solution to this issue soonest please. Please let me know whom I can go and see urgently and what hospital.

I have been having issues since beginning July and my surgery was postponed and Thursday i get a letter with a 12k co payment, I did not voluntarily decide to use Rosebank clinic. The dr said the Alberton Netcare equipment is not sufficient and he will not do it there.

I am really in need of this procedure as i am not able to function properly and my work is not up to standard because of the symptoms of my issue.

Please advise urgently. This just does not make sense to me and i can't wait another 2 months to get this done as will not have a work anymore if this continues.

I did check with authorisations and they also confirmed there is not matching hospital and ENT.
