USELESS

I was involved in an accident in January. Since then, I have had endless Back and Neck issues, with Spasms etc.

I decided to go to a Workability Physio for a checkup and they said I am a Medium Risk patient.

After waiting for more than a week, I get told Bestmed rejected the claim.

My family who is using GEMS all got approved and weren't even as badly injured from the accident like I was and didn't even get an assessment.

I am looking for alternate medical aid now. This was my first time applying for something with Bestmed. Who knows what else will get rejected.

I can't understand what the criteria is but it looks like I need to be in a wheelchair to get accepted.
