Bestmed has gone backward in providing service, from people who do not know what they are talking about to a terrible app in 2023. So I converted from MSA option to a network option which does not have MSA, naturally, they suppose to refund me my MSA but when I called today to enquire i was told that i need to send my ID, letters, DNA etc to request that, really don't you have a system which shows that you owe a member their balance? Ref ***

We sincerely apologize for the service received.
I have requested our membership department to investigate and assist with processing the refund accordingly.
We may still require only a copy of your ID and Bank confirmation details to ensure that payment is made without any issues. for example, paying into a closed bank account that was registered on your profile.
