Used by Bestmed medical aid

Hello everybody i would like you to know this i took out medical aid for my wife on the 11/10/18 got a confirmation cetificate 4 days later. Happiness, now unfortunately we couldnt get pregnant the normal way so we went for ivf. When we started the broker who helped us fill in the paper work was confused as to ivf yet we went on now that we have reached 7 months we apply for authorisation and guess what NO you and your babies are not covered because by terms we and broker are ignorent and non composmentos as said by bestmed they have found and used every excuse not to cover the c-section after appeals and even a upgrade on the medical aid we are still refused help but we still pay the bill every month they get their money what am i paying for (i dont know) we have done everything possible to co operate with these people yet a brick wall i dont know why we have begged pleaded and have been just short bending the knee yet they still refuse so think very hard before choosing this medical aid
