Unused savings on resignation
Resigned from the medial aid in July and consultant advised me that my savings will only be paid out or transferred after 5 months. This is ridiculous considering that I do not even have access to these saving in that 5 month while I'm waiting. Surely it cannot take this long to transfer or paid out my savings.

Please note that remaining savings will be paid at end of the fifth month after termination of membership because service providers are given up to four months from the service date to submit the claims to scheme.
in your case, your membership was terminated effective from 01 August 2024, therefore, the remaining savings, if any, will be paid at the end of December 2024.
