unpaid medical account

paying medical aid especialy Best Med is a wate of money , now im physically tired or claiming a refund for money i paid to the Dr , had to pay Dr cash even thought i pay them every month , in the 4 year i have been with them these year was the only year i had health issues and they are no help at all, i cannot wait to cancell the my membership and move to beter options . carecross is the worst of them all i dnt even know how its linked to best med ( due to lack of information from best med) but claim department is useless as they will keep requesting 1 thing time and again , worse part is everymonth i pay R1500, and they refuse to pay R599 that i paid to the Dr . i can not wait for novemver to cancell thise **** of medical aid , but my refund i do want it . <br> <br> the other claim was paid to the Dr but im the one who settled the bill ,
