unpaid Dr'd bill

On the 20th April 2015 I collapsed at work they called an ambulance to take me to hospital , on arrival ambulance confirmed with my medical aid as to where to take me , they authorised that I be admitted at Milpark Garden city , just got a bill which I send to my medical aid but they saying I must pay and claim , where do I get the money for the Dr because I pay them R1483.00 every month, why do they take my money every months if they are not going to pay my medical expenses , best med is a useless medical aid , they still haven't paid for the ambulance
