Unauthorized Debit Orders

Bestmed what is going on! First you debit my account on a date not agreed on then you refund me then you debit again then comes my monthly debit as normal you double debit me??? This is costing me a fortune in bank costs !! No communication as to how much will be debited and when you just doing as you please!! Then it gets even better when trying to call you in regards to the matter your IVR tells me you closed for the day and I need to call on a working day .... Its the middle of the week what do you consider a working day then????? When it comes to my health care I need a company that I can trust and rely on, if you cant even get a debit order right how can I rely on you if something more serious had to happen ???
