Unauthorised Debit Order
I cancelled my medical aid at the end of September (emailed proof to you for the last two days and I’ve been ignored) yet the debit order went off my account! I have immigrated, there is. I money in that account! It is now sitting -R5000!!! The bank also charged me R180 for this!!! Please respond via my email address as my cell number no longer exists as I have immigrated!

05 Nov 2021, 09:32I haven’t heard anything back yet and the bank is debiting my account R180 a day for this debit order! My account is now more than R5000 in arrears! That’s R360 I’m bank charges so far! Not to mention it’ll probably go off again today and then it’s weekend so it’ll be more bank charges!
