UESLESS BESTMED
I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH BESTMED'S SERVICE! COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY USELESS AND INCOMPETANT! I recently app**** for authorisation on a small day procedure and sent all the relevant documentation for review. An incompetant person replies to my email with, "we require the following information".. I HAD SENT ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION BUT GET A REPLY SAYING THEY NEED MORE INFO! PATHETIC!
