UESLESS BESTMED
IF I CAN GIVE BESTMED NO ****ING STARS I WOULD! THEY HAVE TO BE THE WORST ****ING USELESS MEDICAL AID I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE A SIMPLE DAY PROCEDURE AT A ****ING DAY HOSPITAL (CURE HOSPITAL). I GET TOLD, NO, IT HAS TO BE A "LIFE HOSPITAL" THEN ANOTHER PERSON INFORMS ME NO, IT HAS TO BE A DAY CURE NETWORK HOSPITAL. BACKWARDS - FORWARDS. I AM DEALING WITH COMPLETELY *********** ****ING IDIOTS AND I AM SICK OF THIS CONTRADICTIONS. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THE **** THEY ARE DOING AT THIS ****ING USELESS MEDICAL AID. USELESS!!!!!!

Please be aware that you are on a network option plan. To avoid co-payment, you must use a network hospital/clinic.
On 17/10/2023 and 21/10/2023, you were informed that the facility is not a designated service provider (DSP) for the Beat2 Network plan. Should you use this facility, you will be liable for the co-payment.
We've emailed you a Beat Network DSP day clinic list. You'll be responsible for the co-payment if you choose a facility not on the list.
