this year is going from bad to worst

while im writing this im actually looking for another medical aid, I have been bestmed client for years and it is the first time I had to write 2 complains in 1 month. firstly my husband has always been on chronic but suddenly his medication is been paid from our savings? WHY? we thought click made a mistake but we called them and they said they did contact bestmed (call ***) and they where told my husband medication is not covered? WHY? 1000 taken from our savings for what? secondly I was admitted to hospital for back pain, I was told my MRI scans wont be covered as it is a know issue? WHAT THE **** IS THAT? the hospital is still investigating the problem and you telling me it is a known issue and you wont cover it? why do I have medical aid if you cant cover me when im really sick? how the **** will I know what is the course of my pain without seeing a doctor? gees this is so disappointing as I have seen other medical aid doing this but didn't think it will happen to me while im in need of medical aid. WHAT HAS HAPPEN WITH BESTMED? NEW MANAGEMENT? Can someone please fix my savings account ASAP and make me understand why my MRI scans where not covered for GOD SAKE.
