They're fine but they need to train their consultants

It's all fine until you have to talk to them for help. The consultants are not very helpful, they give you the run around, don't answer their phone, they send cryptic emails that are hard to understand. Repeatedly ask for written consent. Sometimes they completely ignore your claim without telling you why. Very frustrating.
