They don't know what they are doing!
I can't begin to explain the horrible service I received from this medical aid. I called in a few times and even had a chat with their robot inquiring on whether they cover immunization. I was given a list the pediatric vaccines they cover only for them to decline on the day of the vaccine. I had to take time off work and drive all the way to the clinic only for them to decline the service, but they are quick to take our money, next time make sure your robots get their facts straight before wasting our time!

We have received a claim today from Clicks Pharmacy – Balfour Park, which was initially submitted under the incorrect dependent. The pharmacy has since corrected the dependent, and the claim has now been accepted for payment under the correct dependent.
Please note that our chatbot always transfers members to a consultant for further assistance. You were therefore assisted by a consultant, who provided you with the list of funded immunizations.
