The worst medical aid
The worst medical aid ever. They are quick & happy take my money & now that they need to assist me, they decline. I'm sitting at casualty in a hospital with major back pain & they refuse to authorize admission. Why would an expert recommend admission & the administrator who is not feeling the pain that I'm suffering from, decide otherwise. These people are gambling with our lives. I'm livid
