The good and the bad.
Depends who you speak to. Tried to query a confusing email from Rodger, who doesn't take calls ! In a Service centre. But spoke to Lemay who was absolutely brilliant. 5 star service. Her secret ... she listened to my problem and didn't just make assumptions.
