The Absolute Awesomeness of Miyone Haas - Retention Specialist Consultant
<p>This was most definitely not going to be a thumbs up review, if it wasn’t for Miyone Haas. She managed to sort out an issue that 3 other “customer care” consultants could not do. I was ready to cancel my membership and leave a terrible review right here, but she changed that. She was calm and efficient, and she came up with a solution that helped me, as the customer. The others didn’t care about a solution for me. They only cared about them not being at fault for a situation which cause me grief and money. I just actually wanted to say a big thank you to Miyone and let everyone at Bestmed know that I (the customer) thinks that she is a star.</p>
