suspended my medical aid even though is up to date

<br> Good Day<br> I am very angry with bestmed as it will be for the third time in a space of 4 month.... I complaint about to you.<br> My medical aid has bee suspended even though I have paid all the premiums to date. Thiis is putting my family at risk. Yesterday my son was sick..... and we wanted to buy medicine over the counter only to find out that bestmed has suspended my medical aid. My medical aid number is ***4.<br> <br> I am highly frustrated with bestmed.... their service is not THE BEST. Please assist.... as their call centre is useless.<br> <br> <br> Regards
