Stupid is not the word

I have hemophilia which was the reason I switched to Bestmed Medical Scheme as a medical AID scheme, for the 1st year they informed me that I would not be covered for hemophilia as I would need to 1st pay for a full year before they cover my medical condition, now that the year has passed, I ordered my medicine (Factor 8) I use 3 units at a time (500ml x3), which is calculated according to body mass. Now that I want to order my medication they are now informing me a year later that they will only cover me for 4 units a month, I use between 3 and 6 a month depending on the situation (bleed). Once contacting the medical scheme it is nearly impossible to get any thing through to the people as they don't seem to understand anything with regards to the illness, which I can not understand as a year ago they would had to investigate the illness in order to cover me which they did (as I had to wait the year). If you bought your medical degree please use google to educate yourself in the right way. Hemophilia can not be sold to just anyone so I am not intending to resell the units if that is your worry, as it is a born disease and only 5% of the worlds population has it
