STILL WAITING

It has been nearly 2 weeks since my visit to hospital, where Bestmed refused my mri and admittance to hospital. I had to pay a lot of money for the mri scan and submitted my proof of payment. The GM keeps responding that they are working on my review, yet I've heard nothing in days. I have no problem paying co payments, but on my salary, I really can't afford the entire cost of an mri. I have further specialists to see next week and guarantee, that I will have to cover the cost of that too. I need some of my money paid, refunded to me, so I can at least cover my next specialist, who are a lot more helpful than Bestmed. I cannot believe the lack of service and communication I have received from Bestmed. It's all a money making racket. One just cannot afford to get sick in this country. When are you going to give me something positive to say about this so called service provider?
