Best Med medical aid has refused to pay for my deceased Mom's medical aid bill after they have given multiple authorization to the hospital to admit her and take care of her. When my father tries to call them they cut him off mid explanation and when I try to call them they tell me they cannot provide me with any information. I will continue to post every second day to expose the ****** that they are and forward all complaints to the ombudsman until all is resolved so my family can get the rest that they deserve without being held hostage by a company that wants to feed themselves exorbitant bonuses at the cost of their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
