STAY AWAY, NO CONSIDERATION FOR MEMBERS

A birth of a a child should be a happy occasion, stress free and no hassles. but with bestmed they just create stress upon stress upon stress.<br> <br> Why do you have a medical aid? to have piece of mind!!!, wel forget about it wiith bestmed stay away or be a sucker like me. 10 years of loyal membership down the drain.<br> <br> they said that with valid reasons they will authorize a ceasarian, well I had 3 valid reasons and they disgarded.<br> <br> What is the most important today, to safe money. With a ceasarian and sterilaztion in one we would safe over R10000, but no they will rather pay r30000 for a normal birth. then there is timing etc<br> <br> They will rather pay the higher fees and at yearend put yuor membership fee up up than saving them and the member money.<br> <br> I am uttelry disgusted in your decision and I will move to a med aid that actually cares. I will pay 10 000 a month just for peace of mind which I am not getting with bestmed<br> <br> STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS< NO BUSINESS SENSE, NO PEOPLE SKILLS
