Stay away from Bestmed

Considering medical Aid please please stay away from Bestmed save yourself the trouble of a lack a Big lack on communication and commitment

After requesting a letter from me confirming that I will pay for the co payment of more than 30k which I did give them they still declined my authorisation

My advice to anyone considering Bestmed is please consider contacting your local government clinic you'll receive better communication surly and defiantly more commitment
