Stay away
Stay far away. Worst customer service ever! They prever losing a client rather than to help him. Call centre cant assist and managers are not allowed to take calls.

We sincerely apologise for the poor experience you had when contacting our Call Centre. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver to our valued members.
Please be assured that your feedback has been noted and will be investigated in detail with our Head of Department and the Client Service Head of Operations. Corrective action will be taken to ensure we improve our service standards and that our team leaders are available to assist members immediately when an escalation is required during a call.
