Starting with savings on everything, an rejecting claims later.
This medical is bad, an very bad. Being paying over R9k every month on pace one with my kids. They currently can't pay for my child speech therapy of R200 per session. Once a week. Telling me about finished savings. Now telling me that they can't pay for the services an other funds are allocated for other things. This is the bad medical aid I have been on, I will forever regret leaving Bonitas because of this medical aid. This medical aid will do no one good. As long as you are not sick or seeing medical help, you will get along with them. Mind you, they always start with your savings on every little thing you do. I regret, N am gladly leaving this medical aid.

Please note that the Pace1 plan you chose has savings and day-to-day benefits. It is structured so that we pay from savings first, and once savings are depleted, we pay from the day-to-day limit.
Each service has a sub-limit, and speech therapy is covered from the Supplementary limit of R10,071.00.
When you joined the scheme, we sent you the benefit guide, which explains the benefits of this option plan in detail. Additionally, we send you an update every year regarding your benefits for the new year.
