*********** STAFF AT BESTMED MEDICAL AID
Public choose ANY other Medical Aid besides BESTMED...just a simple question to BESTMED *********** CONSULTANTS- I FJ BEKET called into bestmed today " voice recorded conversation " the consultant could not assured / confirm that my membership is all in order " paid in full" assured me he will call me back "really " they don't even reply on email!!!!! Imagine if it was a serious matter- membership ***- try to call several departments they will just transfer you!!!!

Additionally, we have requested a membership consultant to call you back as soon as possible to personally address your inquiry and confirm your membership status.
Regarding your concern about unanswered emails, we checked our records and found an email sent yesterday confirming your membership status following your call. It's possible the email might have landed in your spam folder.
