So expensive and no good benefits
It seems that the best option for Bestmed to save money it to have a dentist plan outside the savings for 0-7 years of age, what child under the age of 7 develops dental issues, when most of this only arise at the age of 10 and up. My guess is that they would rather get money without spending money on what we pay for. This medical aid is not the Best"medical aid at all. They have taken the foot steps of other medical aids by taking money and not really supporting the payee.

On the Beat 2 option, certain dental benefits are limited. However, we do have other plans that provide in-hospital dental benefits for members of all ages. You are welcome to consider upgrading to one of these options during the annual option change period at the end of the year.
We truly value your feedback, as it helps us to better understand the needs of our members. Please be assured that your concerns will be shared with the relevant teams for review.
