Shockingly bad call centre
Shockingly bad contact numbers or contact centre. Getting hold of anyone is a tremendous mission.
What is the point of medical scheme, monthly premiums if you can never get hold of them... like a ghost in the dark... absorbing premiums with no assistance should you need them...
Been a member for 6 years... thinking it's time to move to a functional medical scheme.
