Shocking service from Bestmed

<p>This is the third complaint I have lodged regarding Bestmed and their shocking service, when it comes to refunding their clients. I can see why they are making so much money. Because every year they pay out less for claims and chronic meds and they don't refund amounts due to their clients. This refund query has been ongoing since the first week of November 2016, and they have still done NOTHING to resolve the query. I have been using the "service@bestmed" and "escalations@bestmed" email addresses and still they have done nothing about refunding me. One person said I must send the PMB forms which had already been emailed to them in November last year. So I re-emailed the forms and still nothing has happened. Another person, Joekie, was supposed to be dealing wih the query but doesn't even have the courteousy to answer my emails. Bestmed supposedly have this wonderful new admin system in place but it has made no difference to the level of service they delivere. One major problem is that they don't have a system where one person follows a query from beginning to end. Whether you email or phone, it is always different people dealing with one query. So obviously nothing gets done to resolve problems. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET BESTMED TO SORT OUT A SIMPLE QUERY. REPORT THEM TO THE FSB???</p>
