Shocking service.

Absolutely shocking service, I have sent an email calling them out for deducting my oncology bills off my savings as well as chronic medication, as well as many other things such as an oncologist that is registered with them gets deducted off my savings and not my oncology benefits! It is so sad and inconsiderate that I have to spend time and ask for a savings statement to see the dishonesty. I am still awaiting detailed feedback as well as my savings to be reimbursed. I strongly do not recommend BestMed!
