Shocking & Heartbroken!

Shocking and heartbroken! Received an email today saying my membership has been cancelled due to non-disclosure of material information. I did disclose!!! Check the application form! Also no waiting period was given. My medical advisor spoke to them now - but now I must wait 5-7 days for an answer to my appeal!!!! 5-7 days without medical aid!!!!

This is ridiculous! I will go viral with this on all social media platforms if this is not resolved in the next 2 days! I will also contact the Health Ombudsman!
