Shocking customer service!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. My account was incorrectly debited by them and I was requested to wait an entire week for a refund with no clear date. One representative said it had been processed and I still haven’t received my refund! Now to top it all off they are not even communicating or responding to emails.

I definitely regret changing medical aid schemes!!!
