We’ve been calling Bestmed Claims department regarding claim of a deceased Patient we treated in Hospital that Bestmed rejected.

When we call to Inquire we spoke to their consultants, only to find out that they put a wrong date of when the Patient passed on.

When it comes to fixing the problem they put us on hold until they cut the call, and when we call again we put on hold until they cut the call.

We treated the Patient on the 26th of February 2023, its the 31st of March 2023 still no solution. The poor service we getting from Bestmed
