Service beyond call of duty

I lost my wallet. A member of the public picked it up. Capitec bank and pick and pay would not assist but Bestmed took her number and pgoned me and told me she picked up my wallet. Now that is service people that give this level of service can be trusted as a nedical scheme brand that care.
