I am so disappointed by the service that I got today. Was advised the auth team knocks off at 8 and i have since been in the dr's office from 12h00 until now

05 May 2021, 18:46Kindly be advised that the scheme sent communication that once they receive the outstanding information, the request for authorisation will be referred to our medical advisor for review; of which the standard turn-around time for feedback is 48 - 72 working hours. A letter was sent to the member, hospital, and treating doctor respectively. Regards, Katlego
