bestmed and SCS money schemers , i left bestmed 2018 October and service consultant advised me that i should only email cancellation which was done, 2019 November emailed received while was in hospital was told i have an outstanding which i was never told after the cancellation letter and did received a confirmation letter. agreed to pay them thinking that its bestmed they wouldn't lie. same week got sick was admitted and on top of that i called and advise bestmed that this is the story after one month received a letter from SCS company telling me that if i do not pay R821.00 will be listed as default called the company trying to find out who are this people and only to find out it is bestmed collections, i called to make arrangement thinking again i was with bestmed for 10 years , to my surprise this SCS company and bestmed they scheme people and rob them, from so called outstanding R741.00 to R834.00 and made 3 payments for R200 every month they still say i owe them R420.00? in total it means R200 x3 total of R600 to my surprise when i want to settle this money the money is double again , called in to find was told by Minenhle that she captured incorrect date and they had to charge me calling fees, sms fee and email fee. next question why charge me if its your fault and why charge a customer if she calls in? no answer and they still want me to pay more, emailed bestmed whom they told me i must pay those people, they want to take food away from my kids never will fight till the end. if this takes me to go to any place i will so that they so called bestmed who so supposedly be looking after people's health they actually scheme you once you leave them be very careful
