Horrible service!!!! I terminated my membership with bestmed as of 01/01/2022 and I received an email that I'm due for a refund I must submit my proof of banking details and I'd copy the money will be refunded to me after the 10th of May 2022,up to now it has not been paid, when I called on the 12th of May they told me it will be processed on the 18th of May still nothing, I called them yesterday a lady named Mary Ramolobe told me to send an email and confirm that my current medical aid does not have saving I did so and I was promised that it will be processed ASAP, I called them today it has still not been processed they are telling me to call after 3 days, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE
