Savings Pay out delayed

<p>Lack of response to receiving responses offering solutions to the incorrect complaints. Being passed from one consultant to another, with plenty passing of the buck and little real assistance offered. I have been waiting for my savings payout from bestmed medical scheme since last year last Month May ,they always say there was some delay I should expect it next week, an sms will come through to confirm the payment and when that day come nothing comes to my bank account :(...this is unacceptable</p>
