Rude Call Centre Agent

I just called Bestmed Medical Call Centre, I am a member of the medical aid,my orthodontist treatment was taken over by Dr Ostoya from Dr Greeff and all my claims have been rejected because they claimed R818.11 instead of R818.10. The person I dealt with was Benadete. From the moment we spoke she was annoyed and told me to look at my approval plan and check the amount which i know since i have been calling Bestmed many times to sort out the query to no luck. She then said Bestmed will not assist me and i should go back to the doctor as Bestmed will not approve the claim even if it is a cent over and said something about auditors. I asked her is there nothing Bestmed can do to assist as the doctors have began sending me to debt collectors and she said no rudely and i then told her to calm down as her tone was becoming annoyed which made me feel like an undervalued client. I have a huge problem with how Benadete handled this situation and I am considering leaving BestMed cause of her disgusting attitude and how she handled my call. All I needed was assistance on how to handle my unprocessed claim but instead Benadete was rude and unhelpful. I am willing to pay and claim back.
