Rude ,Arrogant consultant -Tanya
I called in to get information and authorization, Tanya Took the call. What a RUDE woman, been dealing with bestmed for a while, i have not had such horrible service before. The reason we call in is to get information, we don't know about procedures etc, you suppose to assist in a decent manner not in the ABRUPT, ARROGANT MANNER THAT YOU DID. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
