Rejected claim

I submitted 2 claims for Dr Olivia Makganga for consultation for myself and my Mom DOS 19th Nov for refund . The treatment plan letter says we each have 6 consultation per year but you only accepted one claim . I escalated the quiry with Boitumelo on 22/11/2024 Ref *** and she mentioned that there were no ICD10 codes and tarrif codes plus amounts. But she also mentioned that you refunded me R400 on 5 Nov 2024. The consultation of the 5th Nov was for different tarrif code which I'm also registered for on the scheme. On what basis are you rejecting one the claims for 19th Nov 2024 when there's 6 consultation available per member and only 4 out of 6 have been used up for main member and 2 out of 6 for dependant for 2024?
