REFUSE TO PAY ACCOUNT
Absolutely pathetic service - they refuse to pay for an emergency - my wife was rushed to Wilgeheuwel hospital with a bad bacterial infection - our scheme is supposed to pay for emergencies but because she was not admitted they refuse to pay - anyways after telling them I want to cancel my med aid they just don't care and asked for a letter to cancel - they won't get a letter - I will just stop payment - <br> they are damn useless - that's why I see so many complaints on this site!!!!
