Really pathetic customer service from bestmed. Consultant advised one thing via WhatsApp chat when you complete the change of banking details form and send it in then you get told a different story. Sandra Pnho, you're *********** and useless. Doesn't reply to emails and lies she was in training. I requested her to get her manager to call me and she ignored such request and hides behind an email with lies that she was in training. Such poor customer service and such *********** staff at bestmed.
