Quote for braces

I have been struggling for 2 weeks to get a conclusion whether they will cover my braces or not. They requested documents from me and after taking a week to respond, they now suddenly need something else.

Why can’t you just state all the documents required at once, now it is going to take another week before I get a response. By that time the quote has expired and I will have to do the process all over again
