Query on Benefits

The Bestmed IT system has to be the worst system out there and when queries are logged your requests are ignored by customer service or useless information is provided that is impossible to make sense of. Follow up queries are marked as completed without any communication to us. PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was contacted by the Escalation Manager who promptly sorted out my problem. However my feelings about the IT system remain. Thanks to the escalation team.
