Punishment For Not being rich enough to be on the expensive plans

My Daughter Desperately needs her wisdom teeth removed only to find out that on Beat 2 you can have perfectly straight teeth because they pay for orthodontia but not for a Maxilla-Facial Surgeon to remove the wisdom teeth the cause of great pain and headaches ...... so cosmetic surgery is a go but lets just leave the child in constant pain and not pay for the root cause of braces . But let me say I guess they will pay for the rehab when she gets addicted to pain medication. I am totally disgusted. I then get told by the consultant to go onto the higher plan which is over R1700 a month more and then they will pay for the op... really wisdom teeth need to be removed before braces can go on, I just don't understand.
