Premature babies refused hospital stay by Bestmed.

Best med refused to authorize hospital stay for my sister’s premature babies. We were given stories by their consultants with every consultants spoken to you were put on hold and they all had different stories as to why they cannot help with the hospital stay for the babies. I am very disappointed as we had to take back the premature babies to a public hospital in the middle of the night after not getting any kind of help from you guys. Mind you the babies are at a very fragile state to be going up and down in and out of different hospitals????????????????????????????.
