Poor service from Bestmed.

I have been a member at bestmed for 18 years. In 2018 they took two pmb's of my savings account which amounts to app. R2000.00 They also took cronic meds of my savings account. I have personally been there 3 times with no joy. They also refuse to give the managers name or tel details. Very very poor service, check your statements to see if they have not done you in.
