POOR SERVICE
<p>I HAVE CANCELEED MY MEDICAL AID AND JOINED BESTMED A WORD ON THE STREET IS THEY ARE SO WONDERFULL, MY FAMILY AND I ARE NOW MEMBERS BUT IT NOW THE 12 OF DECEMBER AND STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD, WE ARE LEAVING ON SATERDAY FOR A 2 WEEK HOLIDAY AND WHEN I PHONED MICHAEL HLONWANE I WAS TOLD NOW THATS NOT A PROBLEM MY CARD WAS DONE ON THE 25 OF NOVEMBER AND SAID TO ME BY HIM THAT I MUST CARRY ARROUND MY MEMBERSHIP CERTIVICATE! REALLY HOW LONG CAN IT TAKE TO POST MY CARD CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP </p>
