Poor Poor Poor Client Service

Looks like they dont need clients. Trying 3 weeks now to get me and my son on medical aid and they just dont care. No one answer phone. My email questions are not being answered all i get is an email over asking mé questions. I answer it but its as if they cant read !!!!!!!!
